Saigon Seafood Harbor was built around a single Cantonese conviction: the freshest ingredient, treated with restraint, becomes the finest plate. Our tanks are stocked daily with live Maine lobster, Dungeness crab, and Pacific whole fish — chosen tableside, prepared to order.
In the mornings our dim sum team folds har gow, siu mai, and cheung fun by hand. By evening the dining room fills with the clatter of round-table banquets, roasted duck carts, and the perfume of ginger-scallion oil on hot iron.
